Grip Ghar Return Policy

At Grip Ghar, we are committed to providing high-quality products that help you achieve your fitness goals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if you are eligible for return and not satisfied please return the product. We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange a product please follow our return process and then place a new order.

Eligibility for Returns:

Time Frame: You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service at info@gripghar.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping: Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@gripghar.com and follow the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
